  • 1976 – Manufacturing licences launched in execution had required quality assurance elements. Training occurred upon quality policy, methods and techniques for manufacturing flow inspection and associated responsibilities.

  • 1978 – Issuing the first general procedures for quality assurance.

  • 1980 – Starting the program for documentation and implementation ofquality system. Rolls Royce and Eurocopter as licenser companies start audits for processes and quality system.
    Quality assurance compartment. Setting up the position of chief engineer for quality at the top management level.
    Issuing the first Turbomecanica Quality Manual and first homogeneous kit of quality procedures.

  • 1984 – Successful completing of the program for establishing the quality system assisted and surveyed by Rolls Royce.
    Approaching the activities for Romanian Civil Aeronautic Authority certification.

  • 1985 – First Rolls-Royce full supplier certificate for military and civil products and special processes validation according to licensers specifications.
    Laboratories accreditation, including the personnel, by Rolls Royce and Romanian Civil Aeronautic Authority.
    Approaching Romanian Nuclear Energy Program and obtaining the specific national authorisation for quality system.

  • 1992 – Starting the program for up-dating and adapting the quality system to the requirements of EN ISO 9002 standard.

  • 1994 – Quality system certification according to the EN ISO 9002 standard.

  • 1994, 1997, 2000, 2003 – AEROQ Romania – Quality Management System certification ISO 9001.

  • 1995 – Cyclone Aviation Products – Quality Management System certifications according to the ISO 9002/1994 and MIL-I-45208 standards.

  • 1995 – Cyclone Aviation Products – Quality Management System. certifications – Romanian Civil Airworthiness Authority – Repair and overhaul certification of aircraft engines, dynamic components, accessories and equipments.

  • 1996 – Israel Aircraft Industries – Quality Assurance System certification according to the MIL-I-45208A standards.

  • 1997 – Rolls-Royce – Quality Management System certification and other processes according to the customer requirements.

  • 1998 – BOMBARDIER AEROSPACE – SHORTS – Quality Management System according to the QD 4.6-40 standards.

  • 2000 – Rolls-Royce – certification for precision machining, row machining and other processes according to the customer requirements.

  • 2001 – General Electric Aircraft Engines – Quality Management System certification and other processes according to the customer requirements.

  • 2003 – Agusta – Quality Management System certification on gear fabrication, gearbox assembly and machining according to the AQM 002 Rev A standards.

  • 2004 – AEROQ Romania – Quality Management System certification according to the ISO 9001/2000 standards.

  • 2004 – Industria de Turbo Propulsores – Quality System certification according to the ISO 9001/2000 standards.

  • 2004 – Ministry of Defense – S.M.C. SREN certification according to the ISO 9001/2001 standards and other processes according to the customer requirements.

  • 2004 – NADCAP certifications on: Aerospace Q.S. according to the AC 7004 Rev C standards. Welding according to the AC 7110 Rev C standards. Non Destructive Testing according to the AC 7114 standards.

  • 2005 – TUV Certificate, according to EN 9100 Aerospace Series, Quality Management Systems requirements equivalent to SAE AS 9100 which includes the standard EN ISO 9001:2000.

  • 2005 – NADCAP accreditation for AS 7110 welding/brazing, in accordance with SAE Aerospace Standard AS7003.

  • 2005 – Rolls Royce certificate of approval for precision and rough machining, control of classified parts, MSRR 9968, MSRR 9969 – Brinell, Rockwell & Vickers.

  • 2006 – MTU certificate recognizing Turbomecanica as an approved supplier for Finish parts to MTU Aero Engines.
